Notice: End of Moratorium on Late Fees and Disconnects
May 24, 2021On March 20, 2020, in response to hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the WTC MUD #1 Board of Directors voted to place a moratorium on late fees and water disconnects for non-payment of bills. Residents, please note that this moratorium will be lifted beginning June 13, 2021. Late fees will be applied to June bills, and service disconnects for past due accounts will begin in July. If you are past due, please visit https://www.wtcmud1.org/bill-payment-information to pay your bill, or contact Inframark at csaus@inframark.com or 512-246-0498 to set up a payment plan in order to avoid service interruption.
Notice to WTC MUD #1 Seniors
May 24, 2021A basic service fee discount is available for seniors 65 years of age and older. Please send a copy of your driver’s license to csaus@inframark.com in order to receive this discount on your next billing statement. At the time of this post, the discount is $6.57 (a reduction to $18.43 from $25.00). The exact discount amount varies based on changes to the standard service fee.
A Message to our WTC MUD 1 Residents
May 24, 2021Due to the winter storm in February, meter readings were not obtainable and water use averaging was applied to all accounts for the month of February. In March, all accounts that were over-averaged were adjusted accordingly to reflect current readings and an automatic credit was issued to the account to correct any averaging overage. This is just a notice: no action is needed at this time.
The following Contractual Service rates have increased:
- Fire Protection has increased from $24.97 to $26.25 – Effective 4/1/2021
- Trash, Recycling, Bulk Services have increased from $18.12 to $18.96 – Effective 5/1/2021 (for Seniors $15.95 to $16.69)
