Volente Hills Park is a small park tucked away behind the homes on Cashell Wood Drive. It is only accessible via an alley, and a commercial area is being constructed behind the park, separated by a wall that is 8 feet tall. The location allows children to play without worrying about a busy street nearby.

The Future of Volente Hills Park: The District’s 2022 Adopted Park Plan includes the following recommendations for future improvements to Lakeline Oaks Park over the next 5 years.
- Plans need to be developed in collaboration with the Volente Hills HOA to improve visibility and accessibility, and maximize use of this space
