Williamson-Travis Counties MUD No. 1 has updated the Park and Pond Rules and Regulations, effective May 1, 2026.
Residents are encouraged to read through and familiarize themselves with any new rules and rate changes and refresh on the guidelines already in place.
The updated rules cover:
- Park hours of operation
- General rules for all District parks and pond
- Rates and updated pricing
- Tennis and pickleball court use, reservations, and rules
- Pavilion use, reservations, and rules
- District Building use, reservations, and rules
- Reservation policies and rates for commercial, non-commercial and non-profit groups
- General provisions
