Billing System Upgrade for Williamson-Travis County M.U.D. No. 1 Customers

Exciting news! Williamson-Travis County M.U.D. No. 1 is transitioning to a new billing software and online customer portal to improve your utility experience. Here’s what you need to know:

Key Changes:

  • New Account Numbers: Your utility account number will change to a 6-digit format.
  • New Payment ID for Online Payments: Online bill pay will now require a separate payment ID in the format (xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx).
  • Auto Pay Users Must Re-Enroll: If you were previously enrolled in Auto Pay, you’ll receive an email from DoNotReply-From-Inframark@starnik.net with instructions to register your new account.
  • New Mailing Address: If you pay by check or use your bank’s online bill-pay service, be sure to update the payment mailing address as shown on your bill.

If you weren’t enrolled in Auto Pay, please refer to the attached document for full details on the billing system changes and how they may affect you.
