Storm Debris Clean-up - Updates

March 31, 2023 12:00 pm

Neighbors,

First, Thank you all for your patience. This has not been an average clean up. It’s been an enormous task and the magnitude of tree damage was almost at every home.

I’d like to Thank Sunscapes for all of their hard work on cleaning up many of our streets. It’s time we allow them to go back to cleaning up our parks and beautiful ponds.

Starting on April 1, 2023 we have a new crew picking up our Storm debris, LandCare. This crew will be picking up all of the uncompleted streets (streets in red on the map below) in WTCMUD1 using larger trucks and equipment.

Landcare crew will be in the district from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday April 1st to Thursday April 6th. They will be hauling all the debris away and also be clearing out Little Elm pond - restoring it back to an open pond.

Thank you neighbors for all your patience. We as a board took these positions to be here for our residents. We are excited to share this is almost complete.

Last, please remember this will be a one time pick up. You will be responsible for any other limbs that may fall in the future.
