Due to the winter storm in February, meter readings were not obtainable and water use averaging was applied to all accounts for the month of February. In March, all accounts that were over-averaged were adjusted accordingly to reflect current readings and an automatic credit was issued to the account to correct any averaging overage. This is just a notice: no action is needed at this time.
The following Contractual Service rates have increased:
- Fire Protection has increased from $24.97 to $26.25 – Effective 4/1/2021
- Trash, Recycling, Bulk Services have increased from $18.12 to $18.96 – Effective 5/1/2021 (for Seniors $15.95 to $16.69)
