This month, the District began working on its park planning process with the help of planning firm, Verdunity. Once adopted, the park plan will be used to direct investments in and budgeting for our park system over the next 5 years.
Throughout the process, the District hopes to maximize resident involvement so the adopted plan reflects the specific needs and desires of our community.
Sometime in the next week we will begin collecting resident input via the first of two community-wide surveys, so stay tuned for more information about where to access the survey.
On Monday, May 3rd, our Verdunity team members will be visiting the District, touring each park and pond, and chatting with residents.
