If you would like to ensure your information is marked as confidential in our records--particularly if you opened your account prior to 2020--you can send an email with the following message (below) to Inframark at csaus@inframark.com :

Please note the Texas Attorney General has ruled that names cannot be kept confidential. However, if your account is marked confidential, your name will not be associated with an address or any other account information, and email addresses will not be released.
Please also note that under state law, the District must continue to provide information, confidential or not, to the following recipients, if requested:
--An official or employee of the State or a political subdivision of the State, or the United States acting in an official capacity
-- An employee of a utility acting in connection with the employee’s duties
-- A consumer-reporting agency
-- A contractor or subcontractor approved by and providing services to the utility or the State, a political subdivision of the State, or the United States
-- A person for whom the customer has contractually waived confidentiality for personal information
-- Another entity that provides water, wastewater, sewer, gas, garbage, electricity or drainage services for compensation
