
Little Elm Pond is a stormwater detention area located on the periphery of the District in the Lakeline Oaks neighborhood, sandwiched between Naumann Elementary school and a busy commercial area on Lakeline Boulevard (outside the District boundaries).

The Future of Little Elm Pond:
The District’s 2022 Adopted Park Plan includes the following recommendations for future improvements to Lakeline Oaks Park over the next 5 years.
- Fenced off-leash area toward front of pond
- Playscape under large tree canopy toward front of pond
- Investigate potential for trail connection between Madeline Loop Pond and Little Elem Pond along school district property.
