Reserving the Pavilion for your event is easy. If the facility is available, you will be placed on the calendar on a first come, first served basis. A deposit is required to reserve the pavlion.

The District Office at 1000 Old Mill is available for reservations.

This photo shows the room in one of the possible configurations for our monthly Board meetings. There is on-site storage for all furniture shown in this room allowing the room to be re-configured for any event.

The pavillion (if available) can be included for no extra charge when renting the building.
