Minutes must be reviewed by the full board at the next monthly meeting before they can be posted. This generally means they are available 6 weeks after the meeting date. If the minutes are not approved at the subsequent meeting, there will be an additional 1 month delay in posting. The most frequent reason for holding minutes is to make corrections prior to approval.
